Bentley Bentayga V8 ‘Design Series’ model revealed…

Bentley has revealed its new Bentayga V8 Design Series, a special edition featuring a smattering of Mulliner exterior and interior features along with a handful of existing Bentayga options.

One of the most obvious Mulliner features is the set of Palladium Grey Paragon seven-spoke alloy wheels, complete with clever self-levelling wheel badges. Inside, you’ll find a new carbon-fibre weave (for the facia and door panels) and a fresh Duotone colour palette. The cabin also gains Beluga hide seats, a Breitling clock with mother of pearl face and deep pile floor mats.

The Crewe-based firm’s “Blackline” specification is also included as standard, adding a body-coloured lower front apron and twin gloss-black tailpipes. Subtle “Design Series” badging on the lower front doors are also part of the package.

Under the bonnet, you’ll find the Volkswagen Group’s familiar 4,0-litre V8 petrol engine, developing an unchanged 404 kW and 770 N.m, and allowing for a top speed of 290 km/h and a zero to 100 km/h dash in a claimed 4,5 seconds.
