Five examples of the Bentley Mulsanne Grand Limousine by Mulliner have come up for sale from the manufacturer after the moniker was discontinued last year. The cars have been listed by the brand after the owner that commissioned them in 2015 returned all five examples having never used nor registered any of them.
With that in mind, this is the final opportunity to purchase a Bentley Mulsanne Grand Limousine which the British marque describes as a piece of its automotive history. Each of these models was built by hand before being shipped to the United Arab Emirates but delivery to anywhere in the world is available.
Each of these five Bentley Mulsanne Grand Limousines has been detailed with a unique set of colour schemes. The first boasts a Silver Frost over Moroccan Blue exterior paint paired with an Imperial Blue and Linen interior completed by Burr Walnut veneer. The second uses a Damson over Black Crystal paintwork, complemented by Damson and Twine leathers and Dark Stained Burr Walnut veneer.
The third adopts a Onyx over Candy Red exterior with a Hotspur and Camel interior finished with Olive Ash veneer. The fourth sports a Rubino Red over Light Gazelle bodywork with an interior in Fireglow and Twine leather paired with Burr Walnut veneer and the fifth shows-off with a single tone Black Sapphire exterior, with an Imperial Blue and Camel interior contrasted by Dark Stained Burr Walnut veneer.
Making the Bentley Mulsanne Grand Limousine better packaged than its saloon compatriot is a 1 000 mm stretch to the body and a 79 mm increase in headroom at the rear in an attempt to create a spacious passenger experience.
Powering each model is a twin-turbocharged 6,75-litre V8 that delivers 377 kW and 1 020 N.m of torque to the rear wheels via an eight-speed torque converter. The stretched model sits on a chassis and suspension that were specially re-engineered by Bentley to compensate for the increased wheelbase and mass.
