To celebrate the end of 2017, BMW Japan will be offering a special edition M3 and M4 which will be labelled as the M Heat Edition. The edition features some unique cosmetic design cues and some revisions to the car’s performance.
The special models are finished in a tanzanite blue metallic paint and complimented by carbon fibre accents and forged alloy 666 M gloss black wheels. The cabin adopts an Alcantara sports steering wheel, stainless steel pedals, carbon fibre trim inserts and a badge of authentication.
Seeing that this is based on the Competition model, the M Heat Edition also gets a revised chassis, electronic stability program and a bump in power to 331 kW. Only 15 M3 and 15 M4s will be produced for this edition. They will be delivered to customers in February of this year.
