The BMW M340i xDrive is considered something of an M3-lite largely thanks to its turbocharged 3,0-litre straight-six. FF Retrofittings, however, has boosted the performance sedan's peak power to an M3-esque 369 kW.

The standard peak outputs of 275 kW and 500 N.m of torque have been hiked to 369 kW and 771 N.m by means of a custom software upgrade and the fitment of an HJS downpipe system. Adding further aural presence is a lightweight stainless-steel rear silencer.

FF Retrofittings has not confirmed a 0-100 km/h time, but it does say the in-gear sprint from 100 to 200 km/h takes 9,15 seconds. The top speed has been increased to 305 km/h, too.

The M340i also receives some tailoring in the suspension department. A set of ZF Sachs Performance coilovers, new stabilisers, an Eibach anti-roll kit and a set of wheel spacers have been added for improved dynamics.

As for styling, the Bavairan sedan has been fitted with M Performance 20-inch alloy wheels, along with side-skirts, a front splitter, side-mirror caps, a rear spoiler and a rear diffuser, all finished in carbon.
