Tuner G-Power has created yet another extreme performance upgrade for one of BMW's performance cars. This time it comes in the shape of the F90-generation M5, which gains a Hurricane RS package.

The kit includes both a bump in power and a striking orange-and-black colour scheme.

Using the Munich-based firm's twin-turbo 4,4-litre V8 as a base, G-Power has added its GP-820 performance software and an upgraded pair of turbochargers to raise peak outputs from 441 kW (or 460 kW if you use the Competition as the donor) and 750 N.m to a whopping 603 kW and 1 000 N.m.

Additional revisions include either a "sport" or "motorsport" set of downpipes and a titanium or stainless-steel exhaust system. A racing air filter with a multi-layer cotton construction can also be installed at an additional cost.

G-Power hasn’t provided a claimed 0-100 km/h figure, but with the V-MAX increase, an M5 with the Hurricane RS package will reach a top speed of 340 km/h.

Body updates found on G-Power’s first M5 conversion can be fitted in conjunction with this package, too. These include a carbon-fibre bonnet and an 11-piece front spoiler kit. A set of 21-inch Hurricane RR forged alloy wheels finished in black contrast with the orange body colour.
