Fisker Ocean set to debut at the Pebble Beach Concours

Happening later this month, the Pebble Beach Concours is an automotive show that demonstrates the best from the world of both new and old. The Fisker Ocean is set to debut at the California show as part of their sustainable mobility solutions centred around luxury.
With production scheduled for November of this year, the newest Fisker looks set to bring the luxury automaker back into the limelight after almost a decade since the Karma debacle ended and the automaker was sold to the Chinese Wanxiang Group.

Following in the footsteps of the Karma being one of the world’s first production luxury plug-in hybrid electric vehicles, the new Fisker Ocean will retain its level of luxury but be powered solely by batteries and electric motors this time around.
CEO Henrik Fisker stated: “We are excited to be at Pebble Beach Concours to showcase one of the world’s most sustainable and innovative electric vehicles,” where local stakeholders in northern California will be afforded the opportunity to interact with the SUV.

The Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance which will run from the 18th to 21st of August will have the Austrian made pre-production model share the serene waterside lawns with some automotive marvels of astronomical value.
Although the five-passenger, emission-free model will be one of the more affordable new vehicles at the show with a starting price of $37 499, it is also one of the most sustainable and environmentally conscious. The Fisker Ocean will be produced from the end of the year at a carbon-neutral factory in Austria with the first 5 000 rolling off of the production line being a limited launch edition Fisker Ocean One. Each reservation holder will be able to finalise the details of their specific launch edition model closer to the production date.
