Today we’re attending the launch of the new Ford Everest 4X2, XLT and Wildtrack models. With powerful engines, advanced technology, and distinctive design elements, the latest additions to the local Ford Everest range are poised to make a notable impact in the SUV market.

In the Everest range, the XLT models are powered by a 154 kW 2.0-litre Bi-Turbo diesel engine and come with a ten-speed automatic transmission. The 4X4 configuration has a part-time electronic shift-on-the-fly drive system. The XLT models feature a unique chrome-finished grille and Ford’s SYNC 4A infotainment system with a 12-inch touchscreen display.
The Sport model now includes a 4X2 drivetrain option to broaden its appeal. It looks identical to the 4X4 version but includes black-finished exterior elements like mirror caps, front grilles, and roof rails.

The new Wildtrak variant is positioned below the range-topping Platinum model. It features a permanent all-wheel-drive system and is equipped with a 184 kW 3.0-litre turbodiesel V6 engine. The Wildtrak has a model-specific front bumper and grille design finished in Bolder Grey. It comes with 20-inch alloy wheels as standard, but customers can choose 18-inch wheels with 255/65 R18 all-terrain tires. The Wildtrak is available in a model-exclusive Luxe Yellow colour.
