A factory tour video posted to the official Fiat Chrysler Automobiles YouTube channel has provided us with an early glimpse of the upcoming Alfa Romeo Stelvio crossover.
Interestingly, the video has since been removed from YouTube and replaced by an edited version, sans Stelvio.
Luckily, the chaps over at Carscoops managed to upload the unedited footage to Facebook before it was pulled, and it’s this version that we’ve embedded below.
Much of the video concentrates on the assembly of the Giulia sedan at the Cassino plant, but the partially disguised Stelvio makes its brief appearance at the 1:18-mark.
The new SUV will make its official public debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November, although an online reveal before that seems likely.
Did Fiat Chrysler Automobiles intentionally “leak” the Stelvio? Well, we’ll never know for sure. All you can do is watch the video below and make up your own mind…
