The wait is finally over, Nissan has officially announced the pricing and specifications for the highly anticipated 4th generation Nissan X-Trail.
This all-new family SUV joins the dwindling list to employ a naturally-aspirated petrol engine. In this scenario, a 2,5-litre unit delivers 135 kW of power and 244 N.m of torque. The vehicle is front-wheel driven and features a Continuously Variable Transmission, offering smooth and efficient driving dynamics. With a claimed fuel consumption of 7,4 L/100 km for the Visia and Acenta models and 7,8 L/100 km for the Acenta Plus, the new X-Trail proves to be an economical choice for families who value fuel efficiency.

The new Nissan X-Trail will be available in the three aforementioned trim levels – Visia, Acenta, and Acenta Plus. The Visia is the base model, and the Acenta comes at a slightly higher price and also comes equipped with a bit more tech. The Acenta Plus will serve as a flagship and offers four-wheel drive, making it ideal for off-road adventures. It’s important to note that the Acenta Plus is also a 7-seater, catering to larger families.
In terms of colours, customers have a wide range of options to choose from. There are five basic colours available, with five colour variations and two-tone combinations for those who want to add a touch of personalization to their X-Trail. Nissan has also announced that the e-Power powertrains, which offer a hybrid driving experience, will be available for both the Nissan Qashqai and the new X-Trail in 2024, providing even more options for environmentally-conscious buyers.
The X-Trail boasts a host of features and technologies that enhance safety, convenience, and comfort. Standard features across all trim levels include LED daytime running lights, cruise control, Bluetooth connectivity, a rearview camera, and multiple airbags, among others. Higher trim levels offer additional features such as a panoramic sunroof, leather seats, intelligent around-view monitor, and Nissan’s Intelligent Mobility technologies, including blind-spot warning, rear cross-traffic alert, and intelligent forward collision warning, providing peace of mind for both the driver and passengers.

With its spacious interior, safety technologies, and a wide range of trim levels and colour options, the X-Trail is set to be a popular choice among families and adventurers alike.
