As we attended the launch of the rear-wheel-drive Huracan last year December, it was only a matter of time before spy pictures of the lighter, faster and more focused Superleggera version surfaced.
These pictures were taken at Germany’s Nürburgring, showing the totally camouflaged test mule being put through its paces.
The most notable changes can be seen at the front and rear sides of this supercar. The front bumper has been totally redesigned, probably with the main aim of air flow and cooling. At the rear there seems to be a fixed wing, a new rear bumper and diffuser system, while the exhaust pipes have now been moved higher up. It is safe to say we can expect the exhaust note to be even louder!
Weight reduction could be anything between 50 and 80 kg, while we would expect the power figure to climb to at least 460 kW. Bear in mind the current RWD LP580-2 delivers 426 kW and the LP610-4 a higher 449 kW.
