Mahindra South Africa adds locally converted KUV100 Nxt #Dare to line-up

Mahindra South Africa has extended its local KUV100 Nxt range with this new #Dare variant. The newcomer slots in just above the entry-level K2+ derivative and is set to become a permanent member of the line-up.

Interestingly, the latest addition to the local range will be assembled at a new special fitment centre in Gauteng, where a team of trained technicians with four dedicated assembly lines will convert a standard KUV100 Nxt K2+ into a #Dare model.

Coming in at R155 999 (or R13 000 more than the model on which it is based), Mahindra SA says the #Dare model was conceived to appeal to the “youth and those who are young at heart”. It boasts black exterior styling elements and a set of black 14-inch alloy wheels. Black “#Dare” decals are affixed to the rear doors and the tailgate to round off the dual-tone colour scheme.

Inside, you’ll find amenities such as a Pioneer audio system that works in conjunction with your smartphone. Central locking, a custom-embossed carpet set and a rear parcel shelf are also added to the K2+’s specification.

Standard safety features, as included on the K2+ variant, consist of two airbags and ABS with EBD.
