Think the Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4 Spyder needs a little more spice? Well, Novitec Torado believes it has the answer.
A new update for the open-top two-seater includes a range of styling updates (and aerodynamic improvements), optionally made from carbon, as well as exclusive forged wheels.
Also in the pipeline is a supercharger conversion that the tuner promises will result in new peak outputs of 633 kW and 960 N.m (for the record, the standard V10 makes 449 kW and 560 N.m). With bated breath we wait…
This conversion, thought, is still very much in the development stage. In the meantime, Novitec Torado says it will offer a sports exhaust system (with or without controlled butterfly valves) to enhance the V10’s sound.
The exterior updates include a new front spoiler, a central front blade and side flaps that attach to the production bumper. There’s also a special “trunk deck”, with air ducts that reduce lift on the front axle. Carbon covers for the side-mirrors add to the racy looks.
Round back, Novitec says it has “refined” the shapes of the diffuser and rear spoiler in the wind tunnel (a large rear airfoil is also optionally available for the Spyder). There’s also a tailor-made carbon cover for the ten-pot engine.
The three-piece NL1 alloys (20-inch at the front and 21-inch at the rear), meanwhile, are offered in “practically all colours” and can even be optionally coated in carbon. Pirelli supplies the rubber for these wheels in the form of its P-Zero high-performance tyres. Lastly, sport springs lower the ride height by about 35 mm.
