The Pagani Huayra BC Pacchetto Tempesta has been unveiled as an exclusive hypercar with more power, revised aerodynamics and a new suspension setup. The new example will be on display at this year’s Monterey Car Week alongside the Huayra R.
Using the firm’s twin-turbocharged 6,0-litre V12 petrol engine mounted at the middle, power output for the Pagani Huayra BC Pacchetto Tempesta has been increased from the standard 555 kW to 608 kW. The 1 100 N.m of torque figure remains unchanged.
Together with this, the Pagani Huayra BC Pacchetto Tempesta boasts a range of upgrades and solutions aimed at further unleashing the car’s true racing attitude. Starting with a new front splitter and dedicated air intake, the bespoke model claims to maximises aerodynamic efficiency in conjunction with a new rear wing that features an integrated central fin, six-pipe exhaust system. A new suspension setup is included as well together with enhanced comfort and looks with striking interior details and the all-new “Soft Driving” mode.
The Huayra R that will sit beside it sports a naturally aspirated 6,0-litre V12-R mill that produces 625 kW and 750 N.m of torque that is sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed sequential gearbox built in conjunction with HWA. The racing car sits on a ultra-light Carbo-Titanium HP62-G2 and Carbo-Triax HP62 monocoque, specifically designed to adhere to the most stringent FIA requirements.
On Saturday, August 14, the celebration of the tenth anniversary of the Huayra model will continue at the iconic Laguna Seca raceway. The boutique manufacturer promises a day of pure excitement. At the Monterey Rolex Motorsports event, all Huayra models will be on parade in front of thousands of fans and spectators at two different times of the day and, together with the main Huayra R components, they will be the feature attraction on ‘Pagani Island’, an area exclusively dedicated to Pagani cars.
