If you’re looking to buy a Smart ForTwo but feel as if it just doesn’t look dynamic enough then the designers over at Brabus have got you covered.
This is the Brabus Sport Package for the Smart ForTwo coupe and cabrio and although it includes no performance enhancements it does feature some mechanical upgrades to make it a bit more dynamic.
With this pack, the microhatch will be 10 mm lower than the standard model thanks to the sport suspension. If need be, it can also be fitted with a stiffer anti-roll bar and a Brabus-tuned damping system to give it more of that “kart-like” handling feel. The ForTwo will also be fitted with a set of matte grey Monoblock IX wheels wrapped in 185/50 R16 front and 205/40 R17 rear Yokohama tyres.
In terms of styling, the ForTwo gains some new wheel centre caps, a rear diffuser, a front apron and a rear spoiler painted to match the body colour. Interior details include branding for the multifunction steering wheel, gear knob and handbrake lever. Model fitted with the automatic transmission receive a set of paddle shifters as a finishing touch.
We recently revealed that the Brabus performance packs for the Smart line-up would be coming to SA, so there’s at least a chance that this package will come along, too.
