A Chinese company going by the name of LeEco has just teased what seems to be a Tesla Model S competitor named the LeSEE Electric Concept. This follows an announcement made by LaEco CEO Jia Yueting last August who was adamant about creating an alternative to the American EV.
While making use of a four door sedan configuration the LeSEE has a sloped roofline silhouette made smooth by the removal of door mirrors (it will make use of cameras instead). It has a single piece of glass throughout the roof from the front windscreen and some relatively short doors possibly due to the placement of the battery pack.
The interior looks as if it is adopting the now common theme of a minimalist interior as it makes of few buttons with one large infotainment display. The LeSEE also makes use of a unique pair of bucket seats.
Seeing as the official reveal is only set to take place next week at the Beijing Auto Show there aren’t many technical details but what can be assumed is the LeSEE will feature autonomous driving and a 210 km/h top speed.
