How’s your Italian? Mazzanti Automobili has finally fully revealed the Evantra Millecavalli, which it claims is the most powerful street-legal car to come out of Italy (sorry, LaFerrari).
So, what does Millecavalli mean? Well, it translates to “a thousand horses”, which is exactly how much power the new hypercar produces.
In our money, that’s a stonking 746 kW, which comes courtesy of a 7,2-litre twin-turbocharged V8. Peak torque, meanwhile, comes in at 1 200 N.m.
All of this considerable oomph sees the Evantra Millecavalli – which will be limited to just 25 examples worldwide – hit three figures in a claimed 2,7 seconds, before topping out at around 400 km/h.
Based on the Italian automaker’s standard Evantra, the more powerful Millecavalli variant boasts a wider track, carbon-ceramic brakes, lightweight wheels, an aero package, and special Pirelli tyres.
Mazzanti will officially take the covers off the Evantra Millecavalli at the 2016 Turin Auto Show, although you can check it out in the tenth and final teaser video below.
