Last year, Toyota introduced its C-HR GR Sport trim specific to the Japanese market. Now, the mildly fettled crossover has been tailored for the European market with a similar level of specification.
Creating a sporty presence is a bespoke frontal design which houses a black emblem background and headlamp housings with a piano black finish for the centre bumper and fog lamp surrounds. A dark chrome grille and aggressive front spoiler accentuates the athletic appearance.
At the profile, piano black door moulding inserts, reflector surrounds and a bespoke under-bumper trim garnish are joined by a set of 19-inch alloy wheels.
Within the cabin, the GR Sport features a “Cool Silver” finish with a choice of Alcantara-trimmed leather or fabric seat upholstery with red and grey stitching. Further enhancing the element of sportiness is a perforated leather steering wheel with red contrast stitching, model unique scuff plates and various GR-branded accents.
While the powertrain doesn’t benefit from any added oomph, the compact crossover does boast a model-bespoke set of Continental Premium Contact 6 tyres and sports suspension with sharper steering.
