The automotive world is abuzz with excitement as Peugeot unveils their latest masterpiece – the 9X8 Hypercar with a brand new graphic design. Created in collaboration with the renowned artist J. Demsky, the livery of this stunning vehicle is an eclectic mix of future and nostalgia, a balanced blend of radical creativity and exact sciences.
The mastermind behind this awe-inspiring design, J. Demsky, is a self-taught artist whose creative journey began with the graffiti boom of the early 90s. With over 50 countries under his belt, his artistic influences are deeply rooted in the graffiti movement and his current fascination with the late 80s and early 90s.
But it’s not just the hypercar’s exterior that has been given a makeover. J. Demsky’s creative prowess extends to the racing suits and helmets of the Peugeot team drivers for 2023. With his unique artistic signature, J. Demsky has created a full graphic universe that perfectly complements the style, efficiency, and technology of the Peugeot 9X8 concept.
This four-wheel-drive hypercar is set to race at the 24 Hours of Le Mans Centenary in June. The Peugeot 9X8 will be following in the footsteps of its illustrious predecessors, the 905 and the 908, which were both Le Mans winners in their respective eras.
