Ford enthusiasts have been eagerly anticipating the release of a performance-oriented version of the popular Everest SUV, and now, thanks to some unofficial renders we have a glimpse of what the Blue Oval SUV bearing Raptor tweaks could look like.
Based on the latest iteration of the Ford Ranger Raptor, the rendered Everest Raptor boasts a muscular and aggressive design, with a squared-off front fascia and a blacked-out grille featuring the iconic “FORD” logo. The C-shaped headlamp clusters found on standard versions are also present, but the Everest Raptor takes things up a notch with black-coloured fenders that allow for larger wheels with off-road tyres.

Speaking of off-road capabilities, the Everest is designed to handle any terrain with ease. The black plastic trims on the rear bumper, twin-exhaust setup and Raptor decals all add to the rugged and adventurous look of this SUV. But it’s not just about looks – it’s highly likely that if the Everest Raptor ever comes to fruition, it will be powered by the same 3,0-litre EcoBoost V6 bi-turbo petrol engine found in the Ranger Raptor, which can produce an impressive 292 kW and 583 N.m of torque. This powerhouse in the bakkie is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission, ensuring smooth and seamless gear changes.
