Coming in October 2022, the latest Mercedes EV has been teased… or at least its interior has. Welcome to the screen-dominated, neon-lit EQE SUV cabin in all of its luxury!
The model which has been touted as a “multi-purpose variant” of the Mercedes-Benz EQE sedan has officially broken cover and from the images provided it looks like it isn’t lacking in the luxury department at all.

Mercedes-Benz states that the neon-lit EQE SUV interior boasts some of the most commodious spaciousness in its class; with ample headroom, legroom, and elbowroom which makes it more dynamic than its sedan sibling.
Most notably in the neon-lit EQE SUV interior is a passenger facing display dominated by massive screens. The entire instrument panel is one ultimate widescreen that houses the driver display, infotainment and any other widgets. If existing models are anything to go by, it will be highly customisable too just like the interior finishings.
The SUV will boast “Avantgarde as well as traditional materials and colours to give the interior a special atmosphere.” Customers can choose between five coordinated colour combinations that feature authentic materials to evoke a sense of ultimate luxury.
The model will officially premier on the 16th of October 2022 where we will get a conclusive idea of what the model can offer. It is still some time away so before then we can expect more exterior shots of the neon-lit EQE SUV may accompany what we are seeing here.

If the SUV makes use of the same powertrain of the EQE sedan, we can expect 506 kW from the 90,6 kWh battery pack in the EQE 53 SUV while the more demure EQE 43 could potentially offer 350 kW.
