Crucially, it could deliver that level of atom-splitting performance run after run without wearing itself or the driver out. Likewise, it was one of those rare vehicles worthy of a perfect five out of five star rating.
Despite the German manufacturer’s proliferation of supremely quick GT and electric models, Porsche’s high-performance stalwart updates a rich 46-year legacy without harming what makes a 911 Turbo such an icon.
Accessible all-wheel-drive performance; a spacious and practical interior wrapped in well-honed dimensions. Not to mention excellent build quality and comparatively stellar value for money and resale value.
