The Infiniti QX80 Monograph concept has been revealed ahead of its debut at the New York International Auto Show.
Known for its unmistakeable design and sheer size, the current QX80 is one of the largest SUVs money can buy.
But Nissan’s luxury arm bills this new Monograph show car as “the ultimate expression of futuristic luxury SUV design”, saying that it serves to illustrate how the design of the QX80 could evolve.
Making use of existing Infiniti design elements, the QX80 Monograph sports a “double-arch” grille, which is now broader and taller, creating what the brand describes as a “powerful new face”.
In 2016, the QX80 we tested registered more than 2,8 tonnes on the scales in the CAR garage, and still holds the title as the heaviest vehicle we’ve ever tested.
