As a reminder, the LFA employs a high-revving naturally aspirated 4,8-litre V10 sending 412 kW to the rear axle via an Aisin-sourced, single-clutch, six-speed automated manual transmission.
The SLR McLaren 722 Edition roadster, meanwhile, makes use of a supercharged 5,4-litre V8 unit delivering 478 kW to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission.
