Yes, it’s time for another drag race from CarWow. This time, the Lexus RC F Track Edition takes on two current rivals … and two older competitiors.
As a reminder, the RC F Track Edition employs a naturally aspirated 5,0-litre V8 sending 351 kW to the rear axle via an eight-speed automatic transmission.
And its rivals on the day? Well, BMW’s outgoing M4 coupé uses a 331 kW turbocharged inline-six, while Mercedes-AMG’s C63 S coupé generates 375 kW from its likewise turbocharged 4,0-litre V8.
Interestingly, CarWow decided to bring along the predecessors (well, loosely speaking, considering the door count) to the two German cars, with an E90-generation M3 sedan and a W204-generation C63 saloon also taking part in the action.
