The electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer Th!nk has filed for bankruptcy for the second time in its short history. The company produces the City, a Smart-sized EV for city use, but with a large-car price tag, which probably explains its lack of appeal.
The Nissan Leaf is a battery-electric vehicle and, as such, makes use of batteries and an electric motor to power to vehicle. The batteries need about 10 hours to charge and it is as simple as plugging the car in to a power outlet or socket.
