Convertibles are one of the few examples of cars that need to mix three very important ingredients: open-air experience, design and driving experience. Maserati’s GranCabrio is a prime example of a vehicle that encapsulates all three elements.
With the internationl launch of the GranCabrio Sport taking place during the past week, Maserati has revealed more pictures of this sportier GranCabrio.
Just in case you don’t know the specifications, the 4,7-litre V8 petrol engine now develops 331 kW and 510 N.m.
Top speed is 285 km/h while the 100 km/h can be reached in 5,2 seconds using the ZF six-speed automatic gearbox.
Maserati will unveil its new GranCabrio Sport at the Geneva Show on 1 March.
