Yes, the folks over at CarWow has organised another intriguing drag race, this time pitting two RS-badged siblings against one another. Who’s your money on: the Audi RS3 sedan or the Audi RS4 Avant?
While both models (obviously) feature all-wheel drive, the RS3 uses Ingolstadt’s turbocharged 2,5-litre five-cylinder worth 294 kW and 480 N.m, while the RS4 employs the Volkswagen Group’s new turbocharged 2,9-litre V6 worth 331 kW and 600 N.m.
Of course, the smaller RS3 is a little lighter than its wagon sibling, which should make these two fairly even in a straight line (interestingly, Audi quotes the same 0-100 km/h sprint time for each; some 4,1 seconds).
