Earlier this year, Renault Europe launched a fan-based social media competition whereby members of the public were invited to challenge the French car maker to complete the most bizarre and off-the-wall tasks that they could come up with involving the 2012 Renault Twingo RS RB7. The winning entries were then invited to join in on the fun by making a guest appearance in the resulting video campaign.
While the first of these challenges saw the Twingo RS partake in a giant game of ten-pin bowling (the car being the ball), the second video sees racing driver Margot Laffite (daughter of former F1 driver Jacques) taking our competition winner Jenny (selected purely for her handwriting, no doubt) on a hot lap around the Nurburgring Nordschleife. Of course, in order for it to be a true challenge, our pretty passenger is tasked with holding a goldfish bowl, with single piscean occupant, on her lap for the duration of the ride. Can you guess what happens next?
We are assured by the producers of this video that no animals, computer generated or otherwise, were harmed in the making of this video.
