For those of you who watch The Grand Tour you’ll know this particular vehicle very well. It’s the 1 416 kW GT-R-powered Nissan Patrol that was pitted against a Porsche 918 Spyder … a car it completely embarrassed in a mile-long drag race.
This Patrol is a project car from the engineers at F Performance Garage, who claim to have stripped the entire donor GT-R and mated its powertrain to the Patrol. There’s no official word on this car’s 0-100 km/h time but it’s surely more impressive than the 918’s time of 2,5 seconds.
Top speed, on the other hand, is said to be 329 km/h, which is far more than what anyone would want to travel in an SUV. F Performance also hasn’t given a quoted price on this modification but it’s sure to be a very expensive experiment.
