This footage from the United Kingdom shows an impatient BMW 7 Series driver attempt to quickly turn around on a narrow road, only to embarrassingly reverse into a pole.
The video was captured by a motorcyclist (who, for the record, seems to be riding with little regard for the law himself) in the town of Luton.
The speeding biker hits the brakes when the pre-facelift G11-generation version of Munich’s luxury saloon starts an attempt to turn around, seemingly because of traffic building up ahead.
As the driver rushes through the manoeuvre, he or she reverses straight into a pole, before speeding away. While the impact didn’t appear to be too bad, the driver was no doubt left red-faced. And we’re left wondering why they didn’t pay attention to the rear parking sensors…
