This dashcam footage from Australia shows a Volkswagen Polo GTI driver suddenly turn right from the left lane, causing a nasty smash with a Nissan.
The video shows the black Mk5 Polo GTI pulling away from a set of traffic lights in the left lane in damp conditions. The camera-equipped Nissan, meanwhile, heads over to the right lane.
Despite initially indicating to turn left, the Polo GTI driver quickly changes his or her mind, suddenly hitting the brakes, indicating and making a hard right turn across two lanes.
The result? A nasty collision with the camera-equipped car, which the uploader of the footage says was written off.
