This dashcam footage from Australia shows an apparently distracted Ford Ranger driver swerve to avoid hitting a stationary vehicle, causing a head-on collision instead.
The clip shows the bakkie coming up behind a vehicle waiting to turn across traffic. At the last moment, the driver of the Ranger swerves into the oncoming lane, slamming into the camera-equipped vehicle.
The driver of the latter attempts to take evasive action, but can’t avoid the Ranger and its hefty bull-bar. Here’s hoping nobody was seriously injured in the crash.
