In the scenario of a 39-year-old Pakistani national who was embroiled in reckless driving in December of last year, the wheels of justice have finally prevailed. The man has since been sentenced to a fine of R8 000 or eight months imprisonment with his driving license being suspended for six months. According to the RTMC, the defendant pleaded guilty to the charges after a drawn-out and delayed trial.
