Rolls-Royce has announced that Anders Warming will be taking on the role of the brand’s Director of Design as of the first of July, 2021. At 48 years-old, Warming joins the British marque, leaving the company he founded in 2019, Warming Design. His resume consists of almost 20 years in senior positions with the BMW Group including Head of Design at Mini and Exterior Chief Designer at BMW.
Warming has contributed to design such as the second generation BMW X3 as well as the current BMW 5 Series and Z4. Outside of BMW, he has held various senior design positions in companies including Borgward and Volkswagen.

He will face the challenge of upholding the fundamental design principles of Sir Henry Royce himself, which have guided us for over 100 years.”
