In October 2026, Suzuki Auto South Africa reported record new-car sales, with over over 7 000 units sold. The Swift – which claimed top honours in the Budget Car category at CAR magazine’s Top 12 Best Buys awards this year and placed second among the top 10 best-selling passenger cars in South Africa in October – was the firm’s best-seller, shifting 2 344 units. The Ertiga, Fronx, and Baleno registered 1 234, 1 118, and 556 units sold, respectively. In the tenth month of the year, 543 new Dzires found homes. The Jimny recorded 220 sales. Dealer sales accounted for 5 058 cars, followed by fleet, rental and government customers signing for 2 234 units.

We don’t take the support we’ve received for granted, and we look forward to building on this momentum.”
