The Patrol stands 1 945 mm tall, with a wheelbase spanning 3 075 mm. The ground clearance is rated at up to 253 mm. Models equipped with 20-inch alloy wheels, wrapped in 275/60-size tyres, offer 25-degree approach and departure angles, with a 24.5-degree breakover angle. Wheels measuring 18 and 22 inches in size are also on offer.

The latter arrangement incorporates a duo of 14.3-inch screens for digital instrumentation and touch-enabled infotainment, respectively. A 12-speaker Klipsch sound system is available as an option.
