Geely has previewed the all-new Monjaro EM-i plug-in hybrid SUV ahead of its official debut at the 2026 Paris Motor Show…

Scheduled to make its official debut at the 2026 Paris Motor Show, which takes place from 12-18 October, Geely has previewed the Monjaro EM-i. One of the images showcase the plug-in hybrid (PHEV) SUV’s side profile, headlamps, and, although dimly lit, wheel design. Another image reveals the SUV’s rear end, where an LED light bar spans the tailgate. ‘Geely’ lettering is also present here. The interior is set to feature a large touchscreen infotainment system.
The Monjaro EM-i is based on Geely’s GEA-Evo architecture. The platform supports new-energy powertrains. Geely claims GEA-Evo provides multi-energy compatibility, flexible space utilisation, and high safety standards. The Hangzhou-based brand integrates its GEEA 3.0 electrical architecture into the platform. The vehicle uses an EM-i Super Hybrid powertrain to balance overall performance and efficiency.
“With the Monjaro EM-i making its European debut at the Paris Motor Show next week, Geely Auto will use the show to demonstrate not only where the brand is today, but where it is heading next: towards a new era of intelligent, electrified, and globally connected mobility. We are entering an exciting new chapter for Geely Auto, combining distinctive design, intelligent technology, and electrified powertrains with a clear ambition to offer customers more choice,” said Michael Yang, managing director of Geely Auto UK.
The Monjaro EM-i expands Geely’s electrified lineup alongside the E2, E5, and E5 EM-i models. Geely has yet to confirm South African availability.
